The project is implemented in the period 01. 03. 2021 – 31. 5. 2023.

The paperless office 2.0 project is being implemented by the company INSIO software s.r.o. in cooperation with our company AQE advisors, a.s., as a project partner.

The project aims to enhance the existing INSIO software platform with new functionalities that will lead to increased user-friendliness when working with the software, increased efficiency of INSIO platform users by enabling process automation, integration with third-party applications, and support for minimizing physical document circulation.

The project addresses the lack of tools for implementing a paperless office, creating conditions for companies to operate in a home office mode, different levels of technological solutions, the possibility of online client instance generation, reducing costs for printing and office equipment, securing data, as well as streamlining approval processes within the organization.

The main output of the project will be a software (Paperless Office 2.0), which will provide key functionalities of the system not only in a web platform, but also in a mobile application, so that all information is available online, quickly in real time and from any place, while also facilitating the exchange of information between entities, including facilitating the quality control of the work performed.
